The Villa

Our spacious airy open plan villa comes fully equipped with
everything you need for your holiday, including cable TV and internet access.
Each bedroom has it’s own flat screen TV, and there is a games console for the
kids too. After a soak in the spa or a refreshing swim, soak up the sun on the
screened pool deck. Then join your family and friends for some friendly competition
in the villas own games room.

With 4 bedrooms and 3  bathrooms the villa will comfortably cater for up to 10 people (there is a sofa  bed in addition to the bedrooms). The fully equipped kitchen has everything you
will need to prepare your favourite meals or snacks. The quiet lounge and
dining area provide a laid back atmosphere where you can enjoy watching TV, or
alternatively you can step through the patio doors and relax by the South
facing pool with a cold drink. The pool is fully screened to allow the
beautiful Florida sun in but keep out the bugs and leaves. For extra peace of
mind and security all doors leading to the pool are alarmed and there is also a
child safety fence. There is plenty of poolside furniture on the deck for
sunbathing, and the pool is attended weekly by our management company. Pool
heat is available on request for an additional charge.
