Here's how to book your stay in our villa:

• Contact us with your desired dates, most typically by filling in and emailing the Inquiry Form.
• We will work with you to establish availability and give you a price quotation, which you may have already figured from our rates table.
• If you wish to proceed, we will send you a Booking Form along with the Terms and Conditions.
• Complete the Booking Form and mail it to us along with the reservation deposit (15% of total rental cost including tax and - if applicable - pool heat).
• The fastest way to a confirmed booking is to fax the Booking Form and pay the deposit using a credit card - see the "Paying & Cancelling" page for details.

The booking is confirmed when we have received:

• The original completed, signed Booking Form
• The reservation deposit payment (15% of total rental)

We will then send you a written confirmation of your booking.

The balance of your payment should be paid (at least) eight weeks before your arrival date, along with the security deposit ($250). The methods of payment are fully described on the "Paying and Cancelling" page.

Please note the following:

• If you book the villa within eight weeks of your arrival date, full payment (not just a reservation deposit) must accompany the booking.
• The minimum rental period is 4 days during low and mid seasons, 7 days during high and peak/holiday seasons.
• There will be a cleaning fee of $105 for stays less than seven nights.
