Note that you cannot select dates on the availability calendar web page; it serves only to show the dates that are already booked or are still available. Also, please be aware that the calendar may not yet reflect a booking that was made VERY recently.

Rates tables:

There are two rates tables for 2009. One gives the rates without tax, and the other gives the rates including the required 13% Florida tax. There are two similar rates tables for 2010. Each rates table shows:

• The nightly rates
• The rates for one-week (7-night) stays
• The rates for pool heating (an option for the cooler months)

To determine the cost of your stay:

In most cases, stays are for one or two weeks, and you will see the cost of such stays in the rates tables. However, for stays that are not exactly 7 or 14 nights, or for booking periods that fall into two of the Date Ranges listed in the Rates Tables, you would use the nightly rate.
