The villa is our home when we are in Florida. Consequently, we have furnished and decorated it to a very high standard. Disney Haven includes:

• Three additional bedrooms: one queen, one with two twin beds and one special safari-themed children's room with two twin beds
• Top quality mattresses for serene comfort

• Fully-equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished dining and living areas

• Large 14 x 30 foot enclosed southerly facing pool with oversized deck and hot tub/spa plus removable child safety barrier/screening, deluxe (and plentiful) patio furniture, and pool toys
• Large screen cable television, DVD player, VCR, movies, and stereo in family room
• Sony Play Station 2 plus games in family room
• Free HBO on all television sets
• Infant equipment plus children's toys and games
• Washing machine and dryer
• Charcoal-type barbeque grill as well as a gas grill
